Deloitte’s report “Canada’s productivity challenge in the Future of productivity report, A wake-up call for Canadian companies” (released June 2013) on productivity provides the following recommendations:
o Companies need to pay more attention to competitive data.
o With proper benchmarking, companies can be more confident that their decisions will help them compete successfully.
o Companies should perform ongoing competitive intelligence and search for benchmarking opportunities.
